Registration	Click for registration There is no strict rule on Abstract, but the following template may be useful. ・Tex template ・MS-word template Deadlines: ・9th November 2018 (Fri.) for abstract submission (oral & poster) ・closed for abstract submission for oral presentations ・extended until 23th November 2018 (Fri.) for abstract submission for poster presentations ・20th November 2018 (Wed.) ・extended until 30th November 2018 (Fri.) otherwise Notification of acceptance (oral/poster) will be sent by email around 23th November.
Registration fee	Please pay 1,000 yen at the registration desk.
Banquet	For participants: The banquet will be held at Hakata Hanamidori Nakasu Honten from 6:30pm on Tuesday (11th Dec.). Please pay 6,000 yen at the registration desk.
